The present norm specifies the minimum demands to chemical protection garments watertight to particles (Type 5) and resistant to solid particles penetration. This type of garment is fabric inside a watertight material to particles with junction between different parts of garments watertight to particles and junctions with the other constitutive elements (cap, gloves, boots, ocular or protection breathing device), susceptible of being specified in other European norms. Such garment pieces includes clothes covering the body entirely, such as, overalls one or two pieces, with or without the cap or the ocular, with or without incorporated boots or boots cover.
